We are a full-service electronics design, installation and integration company specializing in high quality residential and boardroom systems. We design systems that are reliable and simple to operate. We perform all of our own work and have installed systems from coast to coast. To that end we have designed our proposal/preliminary design process to be the most thorough in the industry. That care and thoroughness continues through each phase of our clients’ projects as well as into our relationships with our employees, vendors, and industry partners. Service
We believe our dedication to service before, during and after the sale is what sets us apart from others in the industry. We have designed our company systems to provide quality service at every stage of the process. Starting with the thorough interview and proposal and continuing on to expert project management and a dedicated service staff, Dallas Sight and Sound will make sure your project begins and ends according to plan. After your system has been turned over to you and it enters the warranty period you will see what we’re most proud of. We are on call to service our installed base of systems 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Dallas Sight and Sound is very serious about our on call service. We have a formal rotation that includes three backup technicians at all times. If you are experiencing a problem someone WILL be able to help you at any time.

Knowledge
Without the know-how to design and install what our clients wanted we wouldn’t be able to deliver on our service promise. Finding out what a client wants and then being able to actually deliver as described is what knowledge is all about. In the fast-paced world of home technology it is vitally important that your system provider understand all of the details of the products and their applications.
